By downloading, installing, or using Commander ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Software.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COMMANDER AI AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, DISTRIBUTORS, SUPPLIERS, AGENTS, AND RESELLERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL COMMANDER AI'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Intellectual Property Rights

The Software, including all code, content, graphics, user interfaces, and other intellectual property, is owned or licensed by Commander and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

Any output or content created by you using the Software (such as code, documents, or other creative works) belongs to you or its respective owner.

Restrictions: You may not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Software; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; or use the Software to build a competitive product.

Third-Party Services and Trademarks

Commander works with supported agents via their local CLIs. Provider credentials and access requirements are handled by your selected CLI and provider account. Commander is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third party.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license immediately if you breach any material provision of these Terms. You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing all use of the Software and deleting it from all devices.

Upon termination, your license to use the Software will immediately terminate, and you must cease all use of the Software.

Data Privacy

Commander processes code and data locally on your device. Communication with agent services is governed by the applicable provider's terms and privacy policies. We do not collect, store, or transmit your code or project data to our servers.

This website uses TelemetryDeck to collect anonymized usage data. TelemetryDeck is a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies and does not collect any personally identifiable information. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim against Commander, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith for at least 30 days before proceeding to formal dispute resolution.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and we agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration administered by the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw, Poland.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Software shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Warsaw, Poland.
